No. If it is possible, it would be already done :)

We can 2 choices to avid this:
1. reading a big part of file (for example 80 MB), it's enough to
   detect badly interleaved or VBR files
2. always using -ni, but it's a performance loss (it has two disk
   reading "thread", instead a single one. btw it uses less memory)

As these file are less than 1% of all files, I think we shouldn't do
nor 1. or 2.
