[mplayer] libvo updates -> keypress problems solved

Hi,

I've just commited my libvo changes to CVS:
- common X11 code moved to x11_common.[c|h]
- common X11 event handler in x11_common
- new check_events() added to libvo interface

mplayer now calls vo->check_events() in the pause loop.

key events should work with DGA driver now!
