Hi,
I've re-enabled image postprocessing for mpeg 1/2 video.
It's very usefull for low-bitrate video (VCD), if you have
a fast CPU (~>=celeron500) and want a better image quality.
You can enable postprocess filter using the -pp option,
-pp 0 disables it (default), -pp 63 is the maximum.
Usually -pp 63 segfaults because some buffering problem
(not yet fixed), so -pp 15 or -pp 7 is recommended.
You won't see block edges using -pp 15, but it eats about
200% more cpu than -pp 0.
The whole -pp thing works only if it's enabled in config.h (default).
If you have a really slow cpu (~<200mmx) you want to disable it
at compile-time, because there are some calculations and extra
buffering for -pp support, done even for -pp 0.
