[Mplayer-users] [info] Quicktime library for linux

Nevermind my previous post. I should've read later replies before posting it.

Anyhow, I'm looking at ASFRecorder right now, and seeing how easy it would be
to turn it into a library. It already parses URLs and can download stuff via
http:// and mms://, but I think it would be nice to have seeking support in the
API as well, especially for when the MPlayer GUI gets implemented.

Anyone tried doing this with ASFRecorder yet? Any comments as to the legality
of it, incase I'm doing something that voilates Microsoft's copyright laws?
