Hmm strange, it doesn't look like autodetect inteferes with manual
parameters, but I'll change autodetect to first check fo /usr/local cause
it's more likely newest version is installed there if one doesn't use
--prefix=/usr on libcss compilation. Anyway it's never a good Idea to have
concurrent version of libs installed as it can easily cause trouble!
