[Mplayer-users] avi2divx / Audio codec

Hi,

I'm sure this question has been there before, sorry for that: 

When I create (subsample) DivX with avi2divx the resulting file is played 
without sound; mplayer complains:

Found audio codec: [mp3acm] drv:4 (MPEG layer-3)

ACM_Decoder: Unappropriate audio format
Could not load/initialize Win32/ACM AUDIO codec (missing DLL file?)
Couldn't initialize audio codec! -> nosound

What to do? 

Also, what is the fastest audio codec supported by mplayer? 
Size and quality are less important (except for uncompressed, that's fastest 
of course).
