[Mplayer-users] snapshot with skipping

I think that it's better to re-enable frame dropping in current version:
change line at mplayer.c:1664 to
    if(!force_redraw && v_frame+0.1<a_frame) drop_frame=1; else drop_frame=0;

Not tested (no slow enough system here :)) but should work.
