[Mplayer-users] no newline at end of file warnings

When I compile, I get many:
...
osd.h:15:6: warning: no newline at end of file
subreader.h:28:6: warning: no newline at end of file
...

I know it is harmless, but it should be very easy to fix...

Next step is to get everything to compile with the -Wall gcc option...

As always, thanks for the great work, especially video frame skipping which 
allows me to watch movies that would not pass on mu AMD K6-400 before...
