hmm. maybe they have the reason why is it limited to 16k. maybe they
have problem with setting up dma registers... i don't know.

can't. i have to read it, understand how is it work, read and understand kernel
hacking guide, learn driver programming etc... too much time and i have not.

try to contact its authors and ask how to increase buffer size without
crashing.
