[Mplayer-users] Cannot play 768x576 sized mpgs

thank you for the correct bugreport, i've fixed this ugly bug.

it was with the mpeg postprocessing table (it was sized for max 720x576)
so change #define MBC 45 to 48 in libmpeg2/mpeg2_internal.h or sync with CVS

btw mp1e is has very good image quality (enjoyable 768x576 at 600kbps!)
maybe it will be used for MPlayer as mpeg encoder in the future.
