Debian's sid uses 2.95 from cvs.
 (I know, Sid was the kid that used to blow up toys, Debian 'Sid' is
supposed to blow up your comp. But it haven't done this to mine since 2
years or so.)
Anyways - it's the latest gcc that I can verify that compiles runnable
mplayer.
