So this .tgz must be a PIRATED software, and you're guilty for the following:
 - violating copyright by distributing commercial software
 - violating public mailing list by sending pirated software
 - violating public mailing list by sending offtopic
 - trying to make other (innocent) people download the pirated software, thus
   becoming helpers in crime

You better start getting new identity, because if someone called the BSA..
ehh, I wouldn't be in your place... :P
