hmm try -ni and/or -bps and/or -mc 0 switches, but I don't wonder it doesn't 
play correct when decoding cpu usage is up to 300% sp try activating 
framedropping with -framedrop switch (last number in status line shows number 
of frames that would be dropped and that looks very high for you)
