yes, it's the reason
I remember it was bad via fixup in 2.4.2-ac21, deleted in 2.4.4-ac2, in all
that kernels divx plays very slow (on systems with VIA MVP3), looks like
something is bad with 2.4.5, or I compiled it badly (x11perf -putimage100 shows
so bad performance like in 2.4.2-ac21)
now I am back to 2.4.4-ac17 and sync is OK
