i've fixed demuxer, now it can parse vivo 2.0 streams.
(it has one more header block and introduced 0x30 for 40-byte audio(?) packets)

but the h263-like video stream it contains is not playable with available codecs :(
they use format==6, it is not allowed, at least ffmpeg's h263 header parser
say it. most codecs cause segfault, vivo dll produces no image at all.

maybe ffmpeg guys can fix their decoder to play it...
until it's done, only vivo/1.00 streams are playable :(
