Hi

Sorry if it's an old topic but I have two questions about 
mplayer CVS:

Why is the repository called main and not mplayer?
    For compatibility?
Why don't you include fonts, codecs or skins into CVS 
(as "... co skins" or in a new directory for example)?
    For legal reasons?
    To sepparate the work?
    Because they don't change very often?
    Because it's easier to manage?
    
CVS is very comfortable to use, why not include all to CVS?
