redo the patch to current cvs (didn't apply) leaving out the changes to 
manpage, remove the dependany on HAVE_SDL fot the screen_pos_* vars (it was 
broken anyways in your patch, wouldn't have compiled without SDL) and add the 
vars in the place in mplayer.c where the screen_size_* vars are declared.
