[MPlayer-users] Choosing a different font

Just wondering, after looking through the FAQ/docs, there doesn't seem to be a way to select a different
font for the OSD.  And I know the 'workaround' for this, but is there a cmdline for mplayer to select
a font?  How about the possibility to allow it to use any font installed on a given system?

example:
mplayer <your options> -font Courier:16 <filename>

syntax: fontname:ptsize (might need to be in quotes if more than one word?)
