Ehhhm! Please THINK, and READ before write ... It's forbidden because:

* License problems, simply we would brake eg GPL with binary releases
* MPlayer is optimized and even features are compiled in based heavily
  on compile time checking and settings, so an MPlayer compiled for one
  machine even may crash on other or simply doesn't work at all

As you can see, distribution binaries is not forbidden because we hate newcomers
but because it's a technical/license issue ...
