Wanted to say Thanks for the help and great program. I got mencoder to
compile and install.

BTW I don't know if it's just me but the cvs errors out during compile of
libgui.a or something but the latest cvs snapshot from the website compiles
just fine. This has to be something changed in the last 30 minutes to an
hour cause just a little bit ago (today) I downloaded via cvs and it
compiled just find.
