I have a better idea. What about a small FAQ showing how to bring a mplayer developer to terms ?

Q: How to make a mplayer developer loose ist's native arrogance ?
A: Pick up and shake him 

Q: How to make him understand that angry responds to stupid questions will harm him more than the idiots ?
A: Pick up and shake him 

Q: How to make him understand that newbie != stupid ?
A: Pick up and shake him 

Q: How to teach him the right way to swing the RTFM axe ?
A: Pick up and shake him

Q: How to make him stop crying ?
A: Don't shake him.
