it demultiplexes only sterams user selected.

it should demultiplex a big enough amount of file to be sure all audio
stream packets are found, then it can be implemented what you said.

i won't do that. it has no sense. users should rtfm or go away.
i won't renumber sterams to some unpredictable way just to make some
users happy. punkt again.

note: libmpeg3 does that.. see what buggy is it.
