[MPlayer-users] Non Interleaved avi playback problem

Hello,

when trying to play back uncompressed avi I do have sound, but no video 
(that is, the video-window remains black).
Those are some files I recorded way back with my wintv card. I am runing 
  mplayer on a FreeBSD-4.4 box (ports collection) - hence I do not know 
wether this is mplayer or port specific. This is independent of the 
video-playback option ("-vo sdl" etc ...)
