Hi,

I've finished cache2 implementation - it should work now well.
To enable:
-  cvs update
-  change #undef USE_STREAM_CACHE in config.h before make
-  start mplayer with option -cache <n>   [Gabu: add it to FM please!]
   (<n> is buffer size in kilobytes. try 2048 or 8192)

The last % number in status line will be cache read-ahead fill status.

I tested with VCD and AVI files, worked well.
