[MPlayer-users] Fastforward : sound 3 times as fast as video

I 'm using the latest version of mplayer and it's mostly great.  If i 
let it play normaly
sound is almost in sync with the video. But using the keys to 
fastforward apparently
has the behaviour of fowarding the sound 3 times as fast as the video . 
Example
tthe video i get at 0:20 sec is realy the video is should get  at 0:20 
sec . The audio I get
is the one which matches 0:60 sec.  Any idea's or debugcode I could try 
to enable ?

P.s 1) I realy did rtfm & rtff  , played around withoptions like  
 -bps,-nobps,-idx, -mc 0 ,...
but they didn't seem to correct the problem.
2 ) I added a dump of the standard  startup, in case something very 
obvious might be
the headers.
