Hi,

I just wanted to try to compile the cvs with gcc 3.0
but ./configure simply ignores -cc:

$ ./configure -cc=/usr/bin/gcc-3.0

This worked before the 0.50 release (dont know exactly
when it was). 0.50 is "broken" too.

I know, it's not the most important thing
but it's a nice feature and makes it easier to
test different versions of gcc.
