hehe. we're already working on this for weeks, but it isn't so simple as you
think. .qtx plugins use a lots of internal quicktime symbols, so we have to
implement a mini-quicktime program to get them work. same way as avifile
people implemented mini-wmp in the loader/ dir.

currently all of them tries to load a DLL called QuickTime.qts, a 4MB file. :(
there are hardcoded poc addresses in it...

btw we couldn't yet find the interesting mov codecs (sorenson, audio codecs
etc) in .qtx plugin form.
