Hi folks,
i've got a slight playback bug in my version of mplayer. Audio becomes
unsynchronised with the video after -> <- up or down key presses, or if I
use the command line -sb or -ss options. I am playing large (100MB+) avi
files typically.
System info:
Mandrake 8.0 with updated X11 and kernel 2.4.7
uname = Linux localhost.localdomain 2.4.7 #4 Thu Aug 23 19:54:57 CEST 2001
i686 unknown
processor is AMD athlon, 128mb local ram.
libc-2.2.2.so linked as libc.so.6
X version 4.11
gcc version 2.96 (think Mandrake might have tweaked a couple of things
too)
as version = 2.10.91 compiled for i586-mandrake-linux

No compilation problems.
I've included a -v op file. Here's what I did to creat it:
time = 0 sec play avi file
time = 10sec , press up arrow to jump forwards a minute
time = 20sec , ditto
time = 30sec, ditto
time = 40sec, down arrow pressed
time = 50sec, ditto
time = 60sec, ctrl-c
Audio does not become corrupted but does begin to lag behind the video
playback, by up to 20 secs i guess.
Thanks,
Stuart
