[MPlayer-users] playing MPEG from frame x to y ...

Hello,

I need an media player that can handle MPEG1 files, and
which can be started with the following command line options :

1) the path of the MPEG-file (eg. "test.mpg") we want to play
2) start frame (eg. 10)
3) stop frame (eg. 325)

--> playing "test.mpg" from frame 10 till frame 325.

Can MPlayer do such thing ?
