[MPlayer-users] streaming server?

is there any plan to provide a network stream output for mplayer? as 1) 
mplayer is so cool and b) it uses shedloads of input and output types and 
iii) can read input streams, it kinda follows that it should be able to 
produce a stream output as well.

if you do, can i request you used port 2773, as 2773 spells out "arse" on 
a mobile phone keypad, thanks.
