You seem to be the man when it comes to avcodec, perhaps you could
explain two things for me.
1. When using gop_size <= 1 you can't seek in mplayer, if you seek the
video stops to update (but mplayer continiues to run and audio is
perfect).

2. When setting quality = 1 the video gets real blocky and weird
(inverted in some blocks etc).
