Use seek +10, seek -10, seek +60, seek -60, instead of fwd, rwd, ffwd,
frwd.

It's a good change, but the online and included docs don't reflect it.

Therefore, it's not in TFM.  A mailing list archive is NOT
documentation.  The Documentation is out of date.

Hopefully this will be fixed before the next release, or the amount of
user/developer hostility will reach an all time high.
