I have new mplayer.log for you. And I think this is better than the last one.
Especially the line:
vosub_vidix: video server has unsupported color depth by vidix (0) :(
Do you still need gdb output? How can I retarget output of mplayer(stdin+stderr) to file?
"mplayer > mplayer.log 2>&1" does not work corectly (only stderr is written to file)

CVS-020328 driver & MPlayer CVS-020417 do not work
CVS-020417 driver & MPlayer CVS-020328 work the same as whole MPlayer CVS-020328
so problem is in mplayer not in mach64 driver
