Ok, tryed to encode with new lame 3.92 ;-)
Just run the command:

./mencoder -dvd 1 -v -aid 129 -ovc divx4 -divx4opts br=1100:key=250:q=5 -oac mp3lame -lameopts br=128:cbr -o 2001.avi -x 512 -y 288 -sws 2 -pass 1

if all work ok, i'll try pass 2....
