0.90 release will most probably be fully GPL/LGPL, so doing binary packages 
will be allowed then. Note that runtime-detection-versions are still a bit 
slower because of some overhead and different compiler optimizations.

Btw. could you supply a spec file to create RPM and src RPM? We could include 
it with mplayer.
