[MPlayer-users] bugs/problems in mplayer-0.90pre1

This is only out of some opengl programming experience. Isn't it posible 
to use xf86 video mode extention where posible. This seems to do the job 
in kde and gnome (more I haven't tested) since it more or less overrides 
the window manager.
I haven't look at the source of mplayer so maybe it is already used.
