Thank you very much.

With  "nAvgBytesPerSec/12" sound under both ,MPlayer and windows player is OK.
Audio decoders in windows are probably very buggy :-} 

Maybe little "interleave=xx" switch in mencoder may help for this case.

Any disadvantages for interleave every 2 frames?
