I noticed this problem with 3-pass encoding and interleaved MPEG
images (I have an idea why, but don't know yet how to correct it
yet)...  My workaround was to only do traditional 2-pass encoding and
it worked (really do -oac copy on first pass and -oac mp3lame on
second pass, but *no* frameno.avi in either pass).
