	That is harder to find.   The most common format seems to be the
	one used by 'kino' and that's 'dv2' (or the dv-in-avi).  The capture
	program 'dvgrab' can produce '--format dv1' though - is that "raw"?
	Trouble is none of the other tools ('kino' or lav2yuv from mjpegtools)
	understand format 1 ;(

	If I find any raw .dv streams I will let you know ;)
