Geez, I know that. I just said RH's rpm is not configured for non-root
building by default. I know it can be configured so (I have such config)
and I think it should be by default, but I'm too lazy to file a RFE
in bugzilla.
BTW: this is pretty OT on this list, so reply off-list if you wish
to continue this discussion.
