[MPlayer-users] after version upgrade no subs

Hi All,

I've just upgraded my mplayer from version 0.50 to 0.90pre6. I never
experienced any troubles with the old version. With the older version
i used the win32 codec, now i'm using the libavcodec codec.

The problem is actually that when i start loading a film with subtitles
(i'm dutch), it doesn't show me the asked-for subs.

Since i did read the manual, i tried things as -vobsub but without any
effect. Besides, if the old version was able to deal with the otion -sub
then i would expect the same behavior of the newest version.

Below i will past some output when i start loading the movie.
the command i use is (so just with the '-sub'):
housebee:/mp3/movies$ mplayer Ice\ Age.avi -sub subs/Ice\ Age.sub

I hope this is a simple question with a simple answer. Many thanks in
advance from a thankfull mplayer user.

Greetz
