[MPlayer-users] v_hw_equ_cap again...

Well, am I the only one, who don't want new input? After

./configure --disable-new-input
make

it breaks. And I'm not suprised - THERE IS NO v_hw_equ_cap function,
macro, variable or anything for a few weeks.
With new input enabled relevant parts of mplayer.c are ommited, so that
compilation goes on.
