[MPlayer-users] subtitles

hi,

I am looking for an easy and fast way of making subtitles. I tried 
tcextract from transcode:

cat 00?.vob | tcextract -x ps1 -t vob -a 0x24 >  subtitle_2.ps1

(well, -sid 4 shows the right susbtitles while playing)

file is produced, but playing it with:

mplayer myavi.avi -sub subtitle_2.ps1

I get:

SUB: Detected subtitle file format: subviewer 2.0
SUB: Read 0 subtitles.
Can't load subtitles: subtitle_2.ps1

I tried also with different -vobsubid's, but without apparent success.

I'm using transcode-0.6.0rc1 and mplayer 0.90pre5-2.95.3

Any ideas? Or another way to make easy subtitles? Thank you.
