[MPlayer-users] Splitting Vobsub subtitle file

Hello again,

Perhaps someone would give me some feedback on this: I have a 1400MB 
.avi with Vobsub subtitles extracted successfully from DVD. Here comes 
the tricky part (?): After splitting the .avi to make it fit on two CD's 
(using mencoder stream copying), what happens to the subtitles ?:) I'm 
guessing they will be fu*ked up for CD2. Is there a simple way to split 
VobSub's at a given position in time ? (And reset the rest of the Vobsub 
(CD2) so that it starts at 0 time) Is it difficult ? Or should I have 
thought about this earlier and encoded CD1 and CD2 separately to get 
separate subs ?
