I don't know of any easy way of splitting the vobsub file but...  You
don't really need to split it.  You can use the -delay option when
watching CD2.  If you really want to have two separate vobsub file
that can be used under Windows you can probably just make a second
copy of it for CD2 and just add a "delay:" directive in the .idx file.
I have never tested this alternative under Windows, so please post the
results if you try.
