Umm, yeah, I made a couple of typos there, sorry for the hastle. However 
from what I know, you are making the same mistake here as what I was 
referring to.
1KB = 1KiloByte = 1024 bytes
1Kb = 1Kilobit = 1024 bits
1kb = 1kilobit = 1000 bits

afaik... ;-)
