No. It's not just $0.75 per decoder.

There is also notion of ,,minimal annual fees'' which is $15k, no matter
how much you earn from distribution of your player. Or if you earn
anything.

PS. So, there is Ogg Vorbis for the sound, VP3 for video in Ogg stream
is on its way. Big deal ;)
