[MPlayer-users] How to locate broken position

Hi, everybody!

I have a broken download (divx avi file). It goes like this 
AAAAAAAAXXBBBBBB. The file part XX is badly downloaded and this causes 
mplayer to quit. Is there a way to locate (approximately) where the file is 
broken, so I can download only this part again?
