NO!!!!!!!!!!! There should most definitely NOT be defaults for these
values, since they inhibit the creation of near-perfect quality
encodes using insane bitrates. The defaults should ALWAYS be the most
basic settings (usually a nice "round" number, i.e. 0), and then the
user can customize only what's needed.
