The clip encodes well with the options given previously in the thread:

mencoder lavc_enc_prob-original.avi -vop scale=656:352 -lavcopts \
vbitrate=720:vhq:vratetol=500000:vqcomp=0.9:v4mv:vcelim=9:vpass=1

mencoder lavc_enc_prob-original.avi -vop scale=656:352 -lavcopts \
vbitrate=800:vhq:vratetol=500000:vqcomp=0.9:v4mv:vcelim=9:vpass=2

If you wish, I'd be willing to upload it somewhere but it's about 70mb
and I don't have any place for it and my isp sucks. :( I guess if
there's no other place I could up it to a binary newsgroup like
alt.test.yenc or something.
